Our Five-Step Implementation Process

Our five-step implementation process emulates iterative PMP practices. It combines careful collaborative planning, preparation, execution, support, and evaluation. We deliver successful outcomes for our clients, meeting their unique requirements and surpassing their expectations. This sequence is deployed iteratively, following the chosen deployment process determined during the planning phase. This iterative nature ensures that we can address the diverse needs of our clients and continuously improve as we progress.

  • We work to understand project goals and define processes for success. Perform discovery, collaborate with project teams on approach, and finalize the implementation plan.

  • We align with system design, state requirements, and user needs. Site visits and preparation of readiness assessments and deployment schedules help us to map out training, communication, and site support strategies to ensure a smooth rollout.

  • We stand up a command center from which we facilitate each Go-Live event, coordinate resources and activities, and provide regular status and communications to stakeholders. We monitor for emergent incidents, record issues and root cause, and facilitate corrective action activities. Our success is demonstrated through a successful transition to the new system.

  • We monitor user progress, feedback, and reported incidents to assist the project in enhancing system performance. Working closely with stakeholders, we provide help desk, site support, one-on-one and group ad-hoc trainings to help keep the momentum.

  • We ensure a successful handoff of all documentation, implementation reports, support plans, and lessons learned. Our knowledge transfer helps our clients move forward with confidence, knowing their teams are fully equipped.
