Our 4-phase implementation process carries our clients from start to finish. In phase 1, initiation and planning, Courtland works directly with the client to retrieve and organize all necessary data. Phase 2 begins the implementation of data and training along with our business process reengineering experts documenting and improving existing processes. Courtland’s presence in human services consulting predates the state’s federally mandated child support system. Courtland has worked extensively with local governments to establish automated reporting and receipting functionality. Courtland provides expertise in statewide system applications. As the original conversion and implementation vendor in Michigan and New Jersey, Courtland staff worked closely with state administrators and converting counties to assess business processes, design and reengineer workflows, refine and cleanse data, develop conversion code and provide implementation and customer support.
After a successful statewide system implementation for the State of Michigan (MiCSES), Courtland’s experts met the demands for the State of New Jersey when the NJKiDS system was successfully rolled out with Courtland leading the way. Now in our twentieth year, Courtland continues to provide technical resources in Michigan, New Jersey, Arkansas and Delaware for their statewide child support systems.
