It included a special focus on our most recent project with the State of New Jersey for their next generation child support enforcement system (NJKiDS).

This session covered project findings and statistics from the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement recently sponsored a pilot State demographic survey (OCSE9) to identify State-level demographic data on the social and economic characteristics of the child support population. Nine States with the largest IV-D programs were selected to participate in this survey.

    Courtland partnered with the Urban Institute to development the online survey program, coordinate with the selected IV-D Offices, analyze the data collected, and produce a final report to OCSE. History

Our history began in 1990, when Courtland Consulting was founded by our President, Steven Trudell. Courtland consultants held integral roles in Michigan’s first statewide enforcement application. Courtland brought continuity, consistency and unparalleled subject matter expertise to Michigan’s state government partners, eighty-three counties, 2,500 users, and the vendors and subcontractors who produced the state’s first federally certified application.
